Biography
Benjamin André was trained as an engineer and worked in IT at the French TOTAL company as a software consultant and project manager for several years. In 2006, Benjamin had a side project that aimed at gathering his financial data from several bank on a personal server. He quickly realized that he would be able to connect this data with bills from utilities and e-commerce sites. This led to Cozy Cloud being founded. Since then Cozy has grown to 22 employees who work within a strong ecosystem and has recently raised 4M€ from Innovacom and MAIF. Cozy’s goals is to create an open-source tool that will empower each individual with personal data.
