Biography
Naoto Ikegai is a visiting associate professor of Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies at the University of Tokyo. His research interests are in the fields of information law and policy, digital cultural heritage, and digital platform strategy. Prior to his current position, Naoto served as a faculty member of the University of Tokyo Library System and researcher of Art Archive Center at Tokyo University of the Arts. Naoto holds a Ph.D. in Socio-information and Communication Studies from the University of Tokyo.
