Eitan Jankelewitz

Eitan Jankelewitz is a partner in the Interactive Department at Sheridans, a specialist technology and media firm in London.
Eitan specialises in intellectual property law, particularly software, and advises on a full range of IT and technology matters, including all types of software licensing, supply of digital services, software development and software hosting and maintenance. Eitan has a particular focus on the online marketing sector, and brings a comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory frameworks relating to data protection, online privacy and advertising.
Eitan has also been advising bitcoin and blockchain businesses since early 2013, and was dubbed the UK’s “Bitcoin Barrister” in a profile by the Wall Street Journal. Eitan has attended meetings with HMRC, HM Treasury, the Bank of England and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills, to assist the formulation of government policy in the area of digital currency.
